I started out tonight having a panic attack about stress that might happen tomorrow. After I calmed down, I started top organize my art space. I was easily distracted by a few projects. Wood primed, more neon on canvas, half prints done on cards, a few raven prints competed. The space is definitely not organized.
A few band members from Detroit band, Eprom Colony.
Old art while I am on a scanning roll on this overcast cold day.
Cool kids artist collaboration from last night with Bobby. We were graced with the presence of my cat Scooter while making art and watching Xena Warrior Princess.

A bunch of hands on various things from last night. I was feeling off from some bad food and had to stay home from going to the movies. It would have been the first movie that I would see a theater for this year.
Instead of lying in bed feeling like an Alien was ready to chest burst or worse yet, stomach burst, I got out the paint and got busy. It was a pretty productive night.
My cat watched the art happenings from her ottoman perch. As I write this blog post, she is attacking a sheet of newspaper on the floor. No wait, she just discarded it in favor of watching the turtles get warm.
I am getting ready for my day job. However, the art is raging in my veins like the T Virus from Resident Evil.
PS. Song of the day The Smiths - This Charming Man. Google that and pick up your cat or nearest loved one and dance around the living room or such.
“Tentacle” and “The Hand Job”
25" x 19" Framed
Acrylic and Marker on canvas
“The Hand Job”
12" x 15"
Acrylic and India Ink on Cold Press Paper
The process of making these paintings, was very rough.
I started painting “Tentacle” on 6/6/13. Depression was kicking my butt that day. I called everyone I could call, I IM’d everyone that I could IM. I felt this darkness, this numbness and pain that I cannot explain. It was like a haze.
Here is a video of clips from 6/6/13.
The next time that I worked on the painting, I tried listening to more positive music and not thinking. It helped. There were no emotions, just working on the piece.
“The Hand Job” is a painting of a hand. The hand was modeled by Andrew Bradley. There is more to the painting than just a hand, but I will leave that up to the viewer to decide and keep my secrets secret.
Here is a video clip of the 2nd half of painting “The Hand Job.”
In process photos of myself painting were taken by Andrew Bradley.
Self portraits and video were taken by myself, Ren Fracture.
I submitted these two paintings submitted for The Funhouse Gallery presents the Black, White and Red Show. I hope I get in it.
